Class Registration and Sunday Sampler

Description

Registration is open for winter classes at Berkeley Rep’s School of Theatre. Classes are offered for preschoolers, students in grades K-12, and adults. Students can ignite their imaginations in Fairy Tales & Adventures, Superheroes, Glee Club – Les Misérables, Actor vs. Director, Physical Characterization, Improvisation, and more!

Not sure what class to take? No problem! Join us for our free Sunday Sampler on January 6 from 1 to 3pm. Sample select classes at the Berkeley Rep School of Theatre, 2071 Addison Street in downtown Berkeley. The winter 2013 Sunday Sampler schedule is as follows:

Youth and families
1-1:30pm: Fairy Tales and Adventures (3-4 year-olds)taught by Chrissy Hoffman
1:30-2:00pm: Superheores and Spy Adventure (grades K-3) taught by Erica Blue
2:00-2:30pm: Rock Opera for Peace (grades 4-5) taught by Erica Blue
2:30-3:00pm: Circus Skills (grades 4-5) taught by Slater Penney

Middle and high school students (grades 6-12)
1-1:40pm: Stage Combat taught by Dave Maier
1:40-2:20pm: Acting Intensive taught by Ben Hanna
2:20-3pm: Improvisation taught by Laura Derry

Adults
1-1:30pm: Voice-over acting taught by Sally Clawson
1:30-2pm: Improvisation taught by Diane Rachel
2-2:30pm: Stage Combat taught by Dave Maier
2:30-3pm: Physical Characterization taught by Jeffrey Bihr
