Description
Of particular pride at The Beanery is the Viewing Room where the public is welcome to come watch Hodo Soy’s artisans at work and to taste their creations at the peak of freshness.Our tours play a big role in helping us to demystify tofu and they help our community to gain a deeper connection to where their food comes from.
Beanery tours are one hour long and include:
a short video introduction from Minh Tsai, our Tofu Master
ample time for q&a and observing the production process through the viewing window
a delicious array of many of our products to taste
an opportunity to purchase any of the freshly-made products you taste
We typically offer one public tour each month on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. To purchase a ticket ($12) to an upcoming tour, click here.
Please note that we accept only cash for purchases made during the tour. Also, there are no restrooms available to the public at the Beanery. We apologize for the inconvenience.
