Description
Brooklyn's own Zongo Junction have generated quite a bit of buzz in New York City's Afrobeat scene, due in no small part to the sound of the band's 11-member roster. Their sound can only be described as The Talking Heads producing a Fela Kuti record of Sun Ra's music. Armed with five horns, and a six-piece rhythm section, these guys have what it takes to deliver the goods.
