Description

The Museum of Art and History presents its winter exhibition, Works in Progress. This exhibition immerses you in the process of creating art installations and conducting historical research. Each floor of the museum features a different portion of the exhibition: in the Lezin Gallery on the first floor, participatory artist Ze Frank bridges online and onsite communities to create collaborative sculptures, videos and shared narratives; in the Solari Gallery on the second floor, painter and sculptor Thomas Campbell creates a 75-foot-long three-dimensional mural incorporating paint, collage and sewing; in the Art Forum Gallery on the third floor, the MAH works with UCSC to present Barn Raising, an exhibition on the future of the South Campus Hay Barn; and much more!
