Treat yourself to a little class! Imagine yourself in the past as you step up to a beautifully polished 40's style cocktail bar and drop a quarter in the old opera juke box. Tosca Cafe serves great decaf cappuccinos and potent martinis and cosmopolitans. The ceilings are high and there are a lot of tables and booths in the Cafe, but get there early 'cause it could get packed in there especially during the weekends. Several feature films have been shot here as well.
