Remones USA were formed in Oakland, CA by the members of UNKO ATAMA and the JIBBERS. We play tribute to the most influential and greatest rock band of all time, The Ramones. We are very dedicated to preserving the formula and essence that made the Ramones live show so incredible. We look like the Ramones, sound like the Ramones, and play as fast as the Ramones. We do the whole Ramones show with leather jackets, tight jeans, shaggy haircuts, and props. Unlike many Ramones cover bands we play all down strokes on the guitar and bass as well as 8th notes on the high hats. This demanding style of playing creates that signature "Ramones wall of sound".
