DescriptionThis year, the Great Cloth Diaper Change coincides with Earth Day!
The Great Cloth Diaper Change began in 2011, with Judy Aagard’s desire to celebrate Earth Day by hosting a family event for the Tiny Tots community. It quickly morphed into a dream to set a Guinness World Record and further the reach of cloth diapering around the globe. That year, a Guinness World record was set with 5,026 qualifying changes happening simultaneously.

An estimated 18 billion diapers go into US landfills a year. Let us do our part this Earth Day to raise awareness of ALL of the various benefits to using cloth diapers, including the reduced environmental impact!
We are excited to be teaming up with Harmony Birth & Family to focus on sharing the benefits of cloth diapering with families who have not tried them yet. Join us and help us change diapers one baby at a time!
Registration Opens at 10:00 a.m. The Great Cloth Change happens promptly at 11:00 a.m.
The FREE Musical Me Toddler Music Program begins at 11:30 am.
Join us before or after the change for refreshments, musical programming, keepsake photographs, Earth Day activities for the kids, and a chance to meet representatives from local organizations supporting parents in the community. We are happy to say there will be many birth and parent support organizations in attendance, including: ChildZCare, Blossom Birth, Gemini Crickets, Supporting Mamas, Babywearing International of the Bay Area, La Leche League, Uplift Intimates, Bay Area Birth Information, and the Rebecca Foundation.
