Description

Come and see the magic shows because they are fun entertainment for the whole family. Talented magicians from the Silicon Valley chapter of the International Brotherhood of Magicians perform family friendly shows every other Saturday. The shows are completely different from one another, often performed by two different magicians. The shows start at 2 and 2:30. You are welcome to see both. Stick around afterward to learn magic during a free workshop.

Both adults and children enjoy the shows. All ages are welcome. However, children under 5 may not understand the magic and may lose interest quickly.

No tickets or reservations required. All seating is first come, first served. Seating and parking are limited, so arrive early to get the best seats.

FAQs
--Is there any cost for the show?
No cost. Most of the magicians do this as a hobby or side job. However, magic is a surprisingly expensive hobby, so if you like the show, you are welcome to put some money in a tip jar at the venue.

--What is the seating like?
As the photo shows, this is a very casual environment in the corner of a large furniture store. We use folding chairs and chairs from the store itself. On crowded days, we may run out of chairs, but kids can sit on blankets in the front and adults can stand in the back.

--If I get a ticket on Eventbrite, will that guarantee me a seat?
All seating is first-come, first-served. We do our best to accommodate everyone.

--Are there minimum age requirements to watch the show?
All ages are welcome. However, children under 5 may not understand the magic and may lose interest quickly.

--What are my parking options at the location?
The Midtown Arts Mercantile has a parking lot that covers all the businesses, including Studio by Terra Amico, Good Karma Bikes, and Hapa Brewery. The parking lot can fill up on busy days, so you may have to find street parking in the neighborhood. That is why it is a good idea to arrive at least 20 minutes early.

--How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Send email to [email protected] with any questions.
