For 23 years, Tempest has been delighting their fans with their mix of folk rock, Scottish ballads, Irish reels and Norwegian influences.The band, hailing from Oslo, Norway, was formed by lead singer and electric mandolinist , Lief Sorbye.
Tempest most recent CD, Another Dawn, was a big hit with fans, showcasing both their own songs and traditional material. Tempest can usually be seen at festivals like The Philadelphia Folk Festival, Britain's Cropredy Festival.
