It allows everyone, from the beginner to advanced students, to experience the joy, power and serenity of yoga.
FREE Yoga for EveryBody is to promote yoga as a healthy lifestyle choice which provides immense all-round benefits to mind and body. In this session a combination of gentle and vigorous series of asanas is taught for the well-being of the body, while an equal emphasis is placed on techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit.
This 1 hours yoga session participants experience first-hand how yoga helps to:
• build strength and flexibility
• tone the body
• calm the mind
• increase energy and vitality
Beginner to seasoned yogi -- everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required.
