With state of the art lighting and sound system, two-levels, 4 rooms, several VIP areas, Ruby Skye offers live shows and DJ music every Friday and Saturday with frequent special events on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights.

Ruby Skye's exquisitely appointed facility was built in the 1890's and is a historical landmark that formerly housed –The Stage Door Theatre”. A Turn of the Century Victorian Playhouse restored with all the high tech accoutrement, Ruby Skye's interiors were designed by Pamela Pennington Studios and present a striking juxtaposition between its original Art Nouveau architecture and its plush modern furnishings. Ideal for a variety of functions, Ruby Skye offers over 15,000 square feet and 4 distinctively different and luxurious areas for entertaining that can be combined to accommodate up to 900 guests. We also proudly feature The Jungle Room; an elegant and private lounge where one can enjoy a fine cognac in Old World elegance.

Ruby Skye is proud to introduce our Executive Chef Jeff Machado who heads up our own in-house catering team. Chef Machado brings a wealth of exciting influences to his Classic traditional fare.
