Description

Left Bank & Clean Fish partner to celebrate a traditional French holiday, while donating to a great cause on April 1st.In France, April 1st is called Poisson d' Avril, or April Fish. To mark the day, children stick a paper fish to the backs of their friends and when the prank is discovered, the prankster yells..."Poisson d' Avril!" Left Bank celebrates the holiday by offering a delicious and sustainable Mauritius Redfish from CleanFish as the "Poisson du Jour." When you order the "Poisson du Jour" on Friday, April 1st, Left Bank will donate part of the proceeds to the Watershed Project, a non-profit organization working to restore the natural wonder of San Francisco Bay, one creek, marsh and watershed at a time.
