Chacho’s is one of the best Mexican restaurants in San Jose and probably the entirety of the Bay Area offering huge portioned traditional Mexican fare dedicatedly prepared from age-old family recipes and made fresh daily.  Also as if the down home Mexican restaurant grub wasn’t enough, Chacho’s in downtown San Jose also boasts a tequila selection that hovers right around 120 varieties with almost 20 different kinds of mescal.  This San Jose bar and restaurant pours some of the most dangerous signature house margaritas in town and, coupled with the excellent cuisine, dispels any wonders about why the small venue is continually packed.
