ZERO1 kicks off its 2013 program with a solo exhibition by multidisciplinary artist Michael Joaquin Grey. For over twenty five years, Michael Joaquin Grey has been investigating the development of life, language and form in complex and natural systems. This exhibition showcases his work as it led to the the invention of ZOOB, an award-winning creativity tool that is part of the permanent design collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Guests will be able to experience the "ZOOB Zone", an interactive ZOOB workshop area featuring over 10,000 ZOOB units where people can participate in a series of playful prototyping events and contribute to a growing archive of creations.
