Description

Come on down to the Montalvo Arts Center as they present an evening with Makana. Hailed by Esquire Magazine as "the greatest living player of slack key guitar", Makana's music blends elements of folk, rock, world, classical, bluegrass, jazz, traditional, ambient and electronic for a sound that is familiar yet fresh. He began playing when he was seven years old, and has been performing regularly since the age of fourteen.
