Description

Los Angeles-based Jewish Women's Theatre (JWT) seeks out accomplished writers, encouraging them to explore their Jewish identity and create from their hearts. By establishing a home for such material, JWT expands the view of Jewish women and furthers Jewish culture.

JWT is back at the OFJCC with three brand new shows:

"Crossing Our Red Sea" explores life's truths found in the Passover story. Not a re-enactment of the Exodus story, the show performs the Haggadah using thought-provoking contemporary stories, poems, plays and songs that will make you laugh and cry. The show will be performed on March 26.

Find out why we should care about millennials on May 22 when "Guilty Parties" will be performed. Who are these 20- and 30-year-olds? What do they think? What do their stories tell us? See this shocking and hysterical show about the next generation.

"The Accidental Activist," about people acting to right a wrong, was presented in February.
