Contains tot lot, barbecue pits, picnic tables, soccer fields and restrooms.

Named in honor of the bicentennial year in which it was created. The land was dedicated to the public by the Sunset Development Company. It was part of the old Crum Ranch.

Three soccer fields are named Kellman I, II and III in memory of a Livermore child with the last name of Kellman, who was a very active soccer player. He was killed in an automobile accident at Seventh and I streets in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
