Description
If soft-rock star Jack Johnson and indie-folkster Gregory Alan Isakov got together to write some tunes, they'd come out sounding like Geoff Baker. Though not quite as light-hearted and easy-going as Johnson, and definitely not as country-influenced as Isakov, Baker strikes a balance between the two. He bounces around slower rock ballads and some Dylan-esque songs that tell a story. It's a little bit pop, a little blues, a bit Americana and a healthy serving of folk. (Nick Rivelli)
