Galante Vineyards has always had a very simple philosophy: grow the finest grapes and let the fruit express itself in the wine. This approach has won Galante a reputation for producing some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc in Monterey County.
Their new wine tasting room is open daily from 11am to 7pm.

You should also check out their wine club called the "Gang" as they have the most fun events and tastings around the area. The host and hostess, Jack and Dawn are always the best in offering their vintage wines and great BBQ treats at the winery and whenever they host an event. The view from their winery is not to be missed and the incredible roses that grow amoungst the vineyards are the most fragrant I've ever smelled. And, don't forget to buy some of their wines, since they only go up in price and always sell out!
