7:00-8:15 AMVinyasa Basics
Basics of vinyasa flow. Ideal for beginners but accomodates challenging poses for the intermediate practitioner.
9:00-10:15 AM
Vinyasa Flow
A sequence of flowing postures, coordinating breath and movement. Modifications are suggested for different levels of students. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level.

Special Class
Introduction to Kundalini Yoga
In this class we will explore the ancient, yogic technology of prosperity consciousness. We will realign the electromagnetic field through a vigorous practice that opens the heart to opportunity and green energy.
12:00-1:00PM
Yin
A meditative, healing practice. Intensify your yoga by holding poses to allow for longer, deeper stretching. A great complement to an active (Yang) practice.
5:30-6:30PM
Gentle Yoga
Yoga postures are taught in an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or those just needing a gentler practice. Emphasis on gentle strength building, flexibility, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.
6:30-8:00PM
Slow Flow Candlelight
A strong vinyasa practice set in a candlelight atmosphere. Mixed level class. Basic yoga experience recommended.
