Italian Food and Fashion Festival

Palo Alto, CA: The Italian Food and Fashion Festival is an opportunity for you to discover something new about Italy .
Experience a trip to Italy during a day centered around the country’s culture and traditions, through its food and fashion. The experience will be broken down into a series of events for both adults and children ranging from cooking classes, to a series of conferences that will address various topics, ranging from the exploration of how Jews have lived in Italy across the centuries, to how they have shaped and influenced local and regional cuisines, and even the most kept secrets of Italian wineries. The Italian market will present you with artisanal products, giving you the feeling that you are walking around the streets of an Italian city. Throughout the day several catering services will allow you to discover the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine, which will also be paired with great wine. We will close the day with an Italian Fashion show, lead by Luisa Spagnoli, one of the most appreciate Italian brand. The Fashion show will be organized by Barbara Roth and in partnership with Aryana health care Foundation. The Consul general of Italy, Lorenzo Ortona will introduce the show, and Kimberly Minafra and Dennis Brown will attend as speakers during the fashion shows.
At the end of the day you will able to enjoy an ¨aperitivo italiano¨ prepared by Italico and Terun, and will also have the opportunity to meet all the Fashion Show stars.

After the success of the First Silicon Valley Italian Festival, in January 2016, and of the Italian Film Festival in January 2017 we are now ready to welcome the summer with these amazing events. Head to the Oshman Family JCC for a day of immersion into the vibrant culture of Italy.
