Moe's Alley welcomes you to a Latin dance party double bill with Flor De Cana and Pellejo Seco. Flor De Cana dishes out high-energy dance music, fusing it with their own take on Cuban Son, a precursor of modern "salsa". The group draws much of its influence from the musicians of the Buena Vista Social Club album, an influence which can be seen in the group's impressive rhythm section. Featuring upright bass, guitar, cuban tres, congas, bongo, maracas, guiro and bell, as well as a solo trumpet, lead vocal, and four backup vocals, Flor De Cana has a rich and diverse sound that is sure to get any crowd moving.
