The Daydream Nation series presented by SaveAlternative continues with four more bands, Orangutang, Survival Guide, Color, and The Trims.

Survival Guide is comprised of Emily Whitehurst and Jaycen Mckissick. They began this project with a plan to have no real plan. Fans of indie pop punk bands that Whitehurst has been a part of (Tsunami Bomb, The Action Design) will find Survival Guide to be a delight, though different from her past work.

Color is the new formation of the San Jose experimental band, Bell Thieves. Members of the band are Thomas Burns, David Rayment, Ramzi Kawar, Justin Taylor, and Anders Ericsson. Bell Thieves have played frequently throughout San Jose. This will be one of their first shows under their new name, Color.
