My name is Carrie Burr and I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Health and Wellness Coach based in Los Gatos, California. My purpose is to help people create vibrant wellness throughout their lives. Whether you are looking to get fit, lose weight, combat disease, gain energy, or just plain look and feel better, this is the place to come. My studio is private, comfortable, and well-stocked with stability balls, free weights, rubber tubing of all kinds, a rebounder, balancing pads and lots of other useful tools. The coaching space is perfect for personal work. You won't find a trainer more personally committed to the people they work with!
