Join Lela Carney at her condo in Santa Cruz for sitting and walking meditation, contemplation, and a potluck to celebrate Christmas Day in a mindful way. Her living and dining areas can accommodate approximately people and is up a flight of stairs. The morning will start off with a sit, listen to a Dharma talk and share conversation about the holidays, to be followed with a simple potluck lunch. Please bring a list of ingredients so vegetarians and gluten or dairy free people know what to choose.
