The San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art is thrilled to bring you its newest exhibition, "Charles Ginnever: Rashomon". For over 50 years, Charles Ginnever has created large-scale steel sculptures that aim to challenge and expand our visual perceptions. This 15-piece installation of three-foot high steel sculptures features works that have never been presented in California. The title, "Rashomon" is borrowed from Akira Kurasawa's 1950 Japanese film of the same name, which features widely different accounts of four witnesses to the same crime.
