Description

The Volakis Gallery represents internationally recognized artists, emerging talent and 20th Century masters in the fields of black & white photography, painting and sculpture. We have an extensive web archive approaching 1000 images. The gallery stages four to six solo shows and two group shows per year. Opening receptions are typically on the second Saturday of the month. Just under an hour from San Francisco, we are located two blocks north of the French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, the heart of the Napa Valley wine country.

The Volakis Gallery represents photographers working in traditional silver gelatin prints up to 36 x 48 inches in size.  The range of imagery represented includes classic landscapes, figurative, architectural and cutting edge conceptual work.
