Bill is a Fourth Generation Los Gatos resident, the home he and his family now live in was bought by his Great Grandfather over 100 years ago. His parents, grand parents, and great grand parents were all in real estate here in Los Gatos, a legacy Bill hopes to pass along to his children. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, where his studies revolved primarily around investments and Real Estate.

Bill has earned nearly every award the Real Estate community can bestow on a Realtor. The San Jose Magazine presented William Rippe, as being in the top 5% of sales of all Realtors in the Santa Clara County; an honor he has been recognized for several years running.
