New Toy Store in Los Gatos!

The merchandise ranges from wooden trains to soft stuffed animals, from Toobs to an animation praxinoscope.

Shopkeeper Theresa Whitney says "We've tried to stay away from plastic, pretty much."

Bells and Whistles is aiming at Los Gatans as well as visitors and tourists.

"We have high IQ toys as well as low IQ toys," Whitney says. The target customer seems to be, perhaps 2 to 10 years old, except that many items would appeal to kids of any age.
