Description

This year's Pinup Productions battle of the bands finals has some interesting variety of sounds. The seven bands competing for $1,000 (and bragging rights) are all over the map. They include A City in Arms (metal/hardcore), Eidola (punk/hardcore), Eyes Like Mine (indie-pop), Fossil Tree (jazz-inspired indie-rock), Koruscant Weekend (nerdy indie-soul), Look a Flying Pig (grindcore) and With Every Story Told (pop-punk). There will also be a special performance by 2011 battle of the bands finalist Start the Fire Up, who play some aggressive, angry metal.
