BASE returns on Thursday August 29th with Attack Of The DJs, our semi-annual best of SF underground showcase. For this special edition, we've tapped the emerging Make It Funky crew - a music collective formed by four passionate friends with a love for all things funk related. Their popular monthly in San Francisco has become a space for them to share their vision with an incredible crowd of young music lovers from around the city. Their selections reflect this energetic vibe with the right touch of house, disco and groove that pays homage to the classics, while pushing the envelope forward. Outside of their monthly soiree, the four residents can be found around San Francisco’s underground circuit with an ear out for like minded artists. Rounding out the lineup is San Francisco secret weapon, Lisa Rose - easily one of our most trusted BASE residents.
