Alexandra Starlight sports a multi-colored Fruit Loops-inspired hairdo and a "Rock N Roll" t-shirt, but surprisingly, she's a soul singer. She started out a New York Dolls-worshipping punk rocker (hence the punk chic fashion) but she has since blossomed into quite the sultry, husky singer, in the vein of Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse. Her group, The Starlight Band, blasts through energetic '60s inspired soul songs with a full horn section and everything. She's got charm, charisma and a sexy rock & roll swagger.
