Description
The San Jose Public Library (SJPL) presents the fourth annual Gira de Libro Library Tour by Bicycle.The Gira is a guided bicycle ride that will visit four of San Jose's twenty-four branch libraries. It will start and finish at the Vineland Branch Library, 1450 Blossom Hill Road, San Jose and will visit the following branch libraries: Cambrian, Pearl Avenue and Almaden.
Library stops will include library tours, snacks and activities.
The Gira de Libro starts at 9:00 AM, Saturday, May 13. Wheels hit the road at 10:00 AM. The ride stops at each library to regroup; the total distance is approximately 15 miles. The event will end at approximately 2:45 PM.
