Join Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and TusCA Executive Chef Chris Bifano and Chef de Cuisine Jose Salas for a dinner of great food and wine. The four-course meal will begin with passed appetizers at 6:30pm. Dinner is at 7pm. The menu includes butternut squash polenta, veal medallions, blue nose sea bass, and baked ricotta and a chocolate tart with wines to match.
